The ASR 1 Gen 2 is a true entry-level aluminum sim racing chassis that delivers zero flex, excellent rigidity, and outstanding value without compromise.

Generation 2 Improvements
This updated version features a brand-new wheel deck design that offers greater flexibility and adjustability for wheelbase positioning. The pedal tray has been redesigned with aluminum profile cross beams and corner gussets to improve both rigidity and compatibility. Drawing from the ASR PRO flagship chassis, the assembly and mounting system have been refined to maximize stability and strength. The chassis now comes standard with ASR’s signature Flat Face aluminum profile.

Performance & Construction
Built on a 1.5-inch aluminum profile base, the ASR 1 is constructed from top-grade aluminum sourced in the United States and produced and packaged in Canada with exceptional care. It is designed with a zero-flex philosophy and delivers performance far beyond wheel stands, folding rigs, or other entry-level solutions in its price range. While it does not use the heavier profiles found in higher-tier models, it is more than capable of supporting resistance-based and belt-driven wheelbases.

Adjustability & Fitment
The ASR 1 offers a highly adjustable wheel deck, allowing drivers to dial in a comfortable and effective driving position. Pedal height, angle, and position can be adjusted to suit different racing styles and comfort preferences. Although pedal adjustment is slightly more limited than on the ASR 3, 4, and 6, it remains more than adequate for most users. The chassis is suitable for a wide range of driver heights, up to 6 feet 6 inches (1.98 m).

Finish & Compatibility
The ASR 1 is now available in a powder-coated Matte Black finish at a lower price than before, with custom powder-coat colors offered as a premium option. It comes standard with the ASR Standard Wheel Deck, compatible with popular entry-level and mid-range wheelbases from manufacturers such as Thrustmaster, Fanatec, and Logitech. Additional wheel deck and wheelbase mount options are available separately.

Expansion Options
A shifter arm is not included by default, but two optional solutions are available. The Simple Shifter Arm uses a single horizontal aluminum beam mounted to the steering column, while the Supported Shifter Arm adds a vertical support beam for increased rigidity.

Additional Notes
All steel components, including wheel mounting plates and pedal plates or trays, are finished in a textured matte black powder coat or a custom color.
