What are typical lead times?

Do you stock inventory or build to order?
Most systems are built to order to ensure accuracy, customization, and quality control.
What warranty do you offer?
All products include a 24-month warranty covering manufacturing defects, missing parts, and transit damage.
What is not covered under warranty?
Normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse, modification, or accidents.
Turnkey Simulators
What does “turnkey” mean at RRG Racing?
Turnkey means your simulator arrives fully built, tested, and ready to drive. No assembly, no configuration, no guesswork, and most importantly no headaches.
Are simulators pre-assembled before delivery?
Yes. Every simulator is fully pre-assembled and extensively tested at our shop before delivery.
Do I need to set anything up when it arrives?
No. Final placement and driver adjustments are handled for you so you don’t have to lift a finger.
Can the simulator be adjusted to different drivers?
Yes. Seating position, pedal spacing, wheel height, and ergonomics are adjusted to match how you drive and whomever else will use the simulator will drive.
Do you offer residential and commercial simulators?
Yes. We build for private homes, race teams, dealerships, clubs, and track facilities.
LiDAR Track & Vehicle Digitization
What do you use LiDAR for?
We use LiDAR to digitally capture race tracks and vehicles with extreme accuracy for simulation, engineering, and analysis.
Are scanned tracks sold to the public?
No. Custom LiDAR-scanned tracks are exclusive to RRG Racing turnkey customers and are not released to the open market.
Can you scan real vehicles for simulation use?
Yes. We scan vehicles for accurate digital representation, including body geometry and reference data.
