Filing a warranty claim

To start a warranty claim, email our support team with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video showing the problem. Our team will respond during normal business hours. If the issue qualifies under warranty, we will manage the entire resolution process, including shipping, repair, or replacement, at no cost to you.
